WOULD THIS MOTOR WORK?
350 BLOCK WITH 3.48 CRANK ROD JOURNALS TURNED DOWN TO SMALL JOURNAL 327 USING 5.7-6 INCH SMALL JOURNAL RODS AND 350 PISTONS....

why not just use regular large journal 6" rods and custom pisons? it would save you a lot of work for nothing.

A crankshaft from a chevy 307 installed in a 350 block will give you a large journal 327. No machining required. You will have to use large journal rods and of course a set of 327 pistons.

Oops, I misunderstood what you were trying to do. I'd stay away from the small journal stuff. Sell the small journal stuff to a collector and buy some good large journal rods.

and better yet, to save some money, i would sell all of it off and just read the wall street journal!
