I have a 3.25 stroke crank that I would like to put in a 400 block. Does anyone have any info on piston/rod suppliers for this combo ? Anyone else used this in a mod? I am looking for a good slick track engine. Thanks for all the help! This is a great place!

With this short stroke you need long rods and short piston height. These motors will get the job done on a dry slick track. The best thing you can do for yourself and your pocket is too contact Bill or Steve at Hendrens Racing Engines. If you can't find them in this engine post look on www.4m.net . I don't think jamming will mind this.If you think you can't afford this engine builders or any other engine builders advise you are wrong .Don't make the same mistake i did several years ago that engine cost me big money TWICE.The cheapest way is the right way the first time.Nothing is cheap about racing make every dollar work for you. Please do not take me wrong i am not beeing rude or calling anyone cheap but have been there and done that myself. It is things on a short stroke long rod engine that if you don't understand you will never have it right. These people will do it right or will help you. Thanks cd2
