Has anybody run one of these motors How do they run. I have a 3.625 crankshaft and a 400 block iam thinking about building

I have run this combination for the last 4-5 yrs. Finally broke the crank this yr. Car makes great torque and has good rpm capabilities (I consistently ran it at 7400). You probably need to make sure you run at least a 6" rod. I also ran a 406, high compression that made almost 600 hp. The 3.625 motor seemed to run better. By the way, on my 3.625 motor, I only ran flat top pistons. Originally made for a street stock class, but I ran it in my modified. The older engine builders that I've been around really rank this combination very high. If you decide not to build it, I would be interested in your crank. Like I said, I broke mine, but didn't do any other damage.
