i have a old motor thats 60 over can i by a pison set close to the same size to fit the bore chep or just use it for a boat stoper

My personal opinion trash the block. I ran a .060 over engine and had overheating problems from the get go. Find a virgin block and start there, I'll be farther ahead.

yes you can but like 23 seid its better if you start with a virgin block...

60 over blocks are basicly on ly good for drag raceing mayby you can find someone with a good block and trade or sell it to a drag racer. just a thought.

I can't disagree more... I have a 350 bored .060" that I have been running all year.. Never has run hot--ever. Don't throw that block away!!!!

That's no boat anchor. I've been running a .060 block for three years now with no overheating problems.
