FROM WHAT I CAN REMEMBER THE 4+4 HAD A LARGER PLENUM AND LARGER RUNNERS THAN THE VICTOR JR. I SEARCHED FOR AN OLD EDELBROCK CATALOG BUT THE OLDEST I HAVE IS 1992 AND ITS NOT IN THAT ONE. HOPE THIS HELPS.

I just got the brand new edelbrock catalog today and it lists the victor 4+4 part number 2976 right beside the regular victor junior, it says it performs well on both short and long tracks, it provides torque increases throughout the 5000-8500 rpm range. good from 5000-8500 thats what it says in the catalog

THATS A HIGH RPM RANGE. I'M BELOW 5000 FOR HALF THE TRACK.
