Using a new Davis Unified Ignition, they recommended plugs gapped at .050-.055". Wondering what sparkplugs others would recommend, using alcohol. Also opion on Autolite AR51 plugs Thanks

I run a NGK not sure of the number off the top of my head, they are a good plug. AS for the gap I will have to agree with mod93 you don't normally run more then 30-35 thousands of gap.

I have only ran allky for 2 years. When i got my carb they told me to use that plug. The gap i just assumed that 45 was fine, will the fact that im at sea level make a diff? We have tried the autolite befor with gas motors and had better luck with accell plugs. When i pull my A/C plugs they allways look great, to me anyway? Would like to find out about the gap a little more.
