WHAT IS EVERYONE'S OPIONION ON RUNNING THESE?? PRO'S AND CON'S????? HIGH BANKED DIRT TRACK. VERY SMALL TRACK.

I'm using one to destroke a 400 to a 393 and it works just fine for me. The pistons are harder to find and a bit more pricey but I'm happy with the results.

Roadhazd, Not to argue with you, but if the cid is correct you have a 3 11/16
not a 3 9/16........Just to let other people out there know what is what......the 3 9/16 will make 360 cid....depending on bore of course.
Any motor can be build to run great and make power. each bore stroke combination has advantages and disadvantages......the best a person can do is understand what the advantages are for the rules and motors you run and use these advantages to your best.
As with any motor heads, cam, and intake make lots of power. I would rather have a 360 that had good heads and right cam before using a 406 that wasn't built with the right mix of parts.

How are these motors compared to a 355 and a 377. I have heard alot about these engines but have seen one run that i know about.

what is a 39/16 and 3 11/16 stroker motor? new at this dont know. thanks nate....

Good catch Mr. Awkward. I got my 5/8 and 9/16 mixed up.
