I've changed caliper, so we'll see how it helps me out tomorrow night. Have you ever had the rubber line not flow correctly? Like let the fluid to the caliper but not release it?

just had a flex line go bad and acted like a check valve. I had never had this problem before, but since then I've talked to 3 others who had the same problem just lately.

Get yourself a good sized "C" clamp (about 10 inch one) and push the piston back in a little and see if it hangs up again when you use the brakes. If it does, you can get the caliper rebuilt at a shop for a resonable charge. I tried doing it myself but the o-ring can get torn very easily and then you are right back where you started.

sideways you may want to make sure your caiper is slding poperly. lube up your caliper bolts and slides and give that a try before replacing the caliper..

just a thought

Bent spindle will also make them hang up.
