I have a 76 monte carlo with a completely stock suspension. I'm racing on 5/8 mile track with low banking. the track is usally very dry. is there anything i can do to the springs or shocks that could make the car handle?

Give us more than that to start with, What spring and shock package are you running, what are you supposed to run, what can you run legally, what are your %, and what is the car doing that makes you ask this question?

I use aftermarket springs and shocks,
LF 1000lbs
RF 1100lbs
RR 200 lbs
LR 250 lbs
all the shocks are PRO shocks
I run a 79 Monte and she hooks up good
I would love to give you the % but the guy that sets them always makes me sit in the car while weighing it so I never get to see the numbers. I wrote them down and can't find them now but they are alot like what you see on the forum.
