witch side of the trunk sould the fuel cell be mounted or should it be in the center, and is bigger fuel cell better for more rear weight or does it matter, thanks

In my simple mind either center or a bit right of center, preferrably right. Let's say you put it to left of center to get more LR weight bias, as fuel burns off though you are actually loosing LR percentage and gaining RR. If you put it centered then the loss is even from RR to LR. If you put it right of center you gain LR percentage as it burns off and since the track is normally going slicker through the race then you aren't becoming looser and looser.

As far as size I'd say go fairly large.. not under 16 or so. I mean the larger cells don't weigh that much different than a smaller one and this way you can have whatever amount you'd like back there. You won't burn nearly that much fuel in a night but that way you at least have the room to work with as far as weight if in fact you need to.

I'm sure others will have their opinions as well and look forward to seeing them.

we run ours as far to the left as possible with a 22 gallon cell i use it to add weight if needed since we can't add lead the way i see it the number of laps we run we will burn about 4-5 gallons and not make that much of a difference when you have your battery on the other side
