I race a 79 nova, Factory stock. On a half mile dirt track with medium banking,I need help deciding what size multi-leaf spring to use? The car wieghs 3400lbs. with a 1100lbs. spring in LF.1050lbs. in RF. And a ford 9inch rearend. Any suggesttions would be helpful, Thank you

Your spring on the left front should be less strong than the RF. The rear should be about 200-225 lbs RR and 275 to 300 LR. See if that does anything for the setup and have some other stuff that you can go to ready to try.

Use a 900-950 lb left front, An 1100-1200 right front should be good. Soften the rear to 200 right and 250 left. WHEEL travel should be close to 3 1/2" all around. Sleepy

Do the speedway spings work ok.I will only run this car one year so i dont want to put alot of money in it.I can use all the setup help i can get.Thanks for your help.

Myself we run a 1000 LF and a 1200 on RF LR 250 RR 200. we also run a half mile track.
