A lift rule is easy to work with. A vaccum rule is easy to work with. A vaccum AND lift rule together aint so easy. This is pretty much gonna limit you cam to around 270 advertised duration and a max rpm of 5200-5500. This is all just my opinion, and we know everybody has one of those too. Ed Iskedarian makes real good lift rule cams, maybe they could help you in this case too.

i have no idea how they came up with this rule anyway it's a new class at this track and there are other tracks in the that all run the same rules except for this stupid cam rule myself if i wanted to get more cars i wouldn't make up rules that would make others not able to race there

i dont know how much vacuum it would pull but the old z28 cam meets the lift rule with
power past 6ooo, should have vacuum as it was ground on wide lobe centers, and had to
be used with power brakes, note:this is the 70-73 cam not 67-69 it a little hairier.

competition products in wisconsin ask for the 1132 cam it is 450 lift and has good vacuum at idle and it has a duration of around 230 @50 Rick
