I run disc brakes on my car. It's a GM 10 bolt with rotors off of a front wheel drive Cadillac. I grinded an 1/8 inch off my axle hubs so the rotors would fit and took the rear bracket and bolted it right to the axle tube and used the front calibers off of the cadillac. It works great. On a Ford 9 inch some Lincolns came with rear disc and presently I have two sets of rotor discs off of a 95 Explorer that fits my Ford 9 inch.

I run rear discs on a 9 inch ford rearend on a metric frame with 305 hoosiers. I got my rearend from Danny Millers rearends in Mo. Was a lot cheaper to go this way than search the junkyards and hope I got the right one. I ordered it custom fit with axles and 5/8th studs and tapered bearings. Worked to perfection! And if I need axles, I just call them.
