I run a Hobby Stock With a 388 engine 2bbl Can anyone give me advice on jetting the carborator according to weather conditions??

First, what kind of 2bbl carb are you talking about, and what is the air like where you race? (Sea level, hi-elevation, etc.). Also, what kind of fuel are you using?
As much info as you can provide will help us get you close.
As far as jetting tips, obviously the air gets warmer, the jet size can decrease due to the fact that as air expands, there is less oxygen content because it is less dense. Conversely, as the air cools (cold nights for example) the jet size should increase due to the fact that there is more oxygen content.
As for how much to raise or lower the jet sizes, well that depends on many things, such as the amount of temperature change you're talking about, the air density to begin with (altitude), moisture content (humidity), and many factors involving the fuel, the carb itself and the motor it's bolted to.
