who packs their tracks backwards???? and whos tracks "farms" it during intermission??? I know boone does, but do they do it for thier regular shows as well???

I never understood the backwards track packing. seems kinda a pain getting on and off the track at one spot we raced at and they did it. A guy told me it was better, i asked why he said because it is.
Also my local track grades during intermission thats it.

my home track here in central MO packs the track backwards,they dont work it much during intermission cause it is already a really smooth clay track,if it does get real rough though they will grade during intermission..

one thing i noticed about packing our track backwards it that it didt rut up as bad,,,,

yes boone does it weekly he also don't have a curfue and the track is not that big so it doesn't take long. on a bigger track it would be pretty hard to do in a timley manner if we get a realy bad rut then they will have int and try to blade it a bit but other then that we have to be done by 1030 so we don't have time to even take winners pics till afterwords and the show is pushed thru as fast as they can do it
