When setting toe do you set the LF 1/8 out or the RF 1/8 out?

The 1/8th inch figure is a total difference between the measurement from the same point on the tires' o.d. when rotated from front to rear...in other words: Mark a spot on both tires with a crayon or some such. Rotate that spot to the rear or 9 o clock position as you're looking at the RF tire. Measure between these spots, then rotate the tires so the spots are at the 3 o clock position as you look at the RF. Measure again...the number at the front should be 1/8th bigger than at the rear...your tires are toed out 1/8th inch.

It makes no difference. The wheels are going to find there own center once rolling. The only difference it makes is where the steering wheel sits.

You have to consider ackerman when doing that, you want your left front to turn sharper than your rf otherwise they will be working against each other. On mine I adjusted my right front all the way in and then adjusted the left front out to get my toe setting.
