It can't be done with a bow and arrow type pipe bender. As the press in the middle and and are anchored on each side of the bend. An actual tubing bender the tubing is anchored on one side of the bend then drawn around a die to form the bend. Also most tubing benders dies are designed for the wall thickness of the tubing. For thin wall tubing the radius of the bend die is .060 or so 3.5 X the diameter of the tubing, .090 to .125 or so 4.0 X the diameter of the tubing. For electrial conduit it is 6.0 X the diameter. For most race chassis applications you will need a 4.0 X diameter die.
