I just ordered a new Snap On 18v cordless impact and was wondering if one battery is enough. To those of you that have one is one battery fine? I am not worried about it not lasting the night, I just don't like to keep placing half charged batteries on the charger! Does it build up a false memory like the old batteries did? On my 19.2v cordless drill I run one battery until dead and then slap on the other one and it is fine, but I don't want to run out of battery halfway throught the night if I don't have a spare. Bottom line is do I need to buy a second Battery?

It'll for sure last a night of tire changing and shocks..I use mine in the shop during the week while working on the car to kill the battery and then I charge it up before race night..My snapy guy says they don't have a memory ..in fact he says when you can tell you're loosing power to charge it then and not when it is completly dead...bottom line is I HAVE a backup battery..
