Actually, the front sub-frames are quite a bit different between the Camaro and Nova, but the suspension parts and steering parts will interchange.

Are you saying that the sub-frames and all the suspension parts WON'T interchange?

I put a Camaro front sub frame under a Nova and had very little difficulty. Eddie

Let me rephrase what I need to know. I have a 77? nova chassis with no suspension on it. I have a 77?Camaro roller. What will not work and since I can't find any novas close enough to get, what other cars if any will work?

I'm saying the front sub-frame from a Nova is not the same beast as a camaro frame. The upper and lower control arms and springs will interchange, and you can put a camaro frame under a Nova, but they are not the same. At our track, if we put a camaro frame on a Nova, we would not be allowed to run.

The Camaro and the Nova are the same( will check on year interchange) deag link, tie rods, idler all, although I cant remember which year Nova(I believe 78 or 79, 79 for sure does have different tie rods on it)I also believe the 75 to 79 Sedan Deville is the same beast. Will look when I get to work today. Eddie

Is one of those upper and one lower? Just to make sure that was cross referenced to a 77 nova? I guess the thing is now to double confirm it being the 77. everything about it is just like my 77 that was my first street car.

They are just the lower A-arms and spindles and the years that they fit(notice the to 77 and from 77)didnt have a listing for the uppers as for the steering box I would say that any front steer(I have a camaro one on my Monte Carlo) would work to find a uppers interchange get a Hollander book. I know that wrecking yards have them, at least the guys that sponsor my car do, or try the internet, the info that I posted is from a Steve Smith book. Eddie
