I race at a 5/8 paper clip shaped track that gets dry and a little rough, but not much.

Rules say shocks must be stock mount (no heims)

Whats a good shock package to use?

Thanks for your input!

I don't have the shock numbers with me, but the fronts are Bilsteinee's, and I put on adjustible Pro's in the rear. Right rear is at 50/50 and the left is 70/30? Back to the Bilsteins,...At Boone a few years back I talked with a rep from them and he wrote down the numbers for a new shock that they had developed for street stock cars running on dry slick track conditions. The only place you could get them was from Performance Bodies at that time. So, give Performance or Bilstein a call.

Race on.

if it ain't fun, then don't run

I should clarify I cant run adjustable shocks...should have mentioned that sorry.

I was thinking something along the lines of a tie-down shock on the LR and an Easy up shock on the RF. My problem I just don't know what rates I should be using on all 4 corners of the car.

I am sure you could find someone that could just set you up but it might not match your driving style. We started with 50/50 carrera or how ever you spell that its early lol. We ran them on all 4 corners and then after alot of tire and rear% and air preasure changes we finally went to a tie down shock on the left rear and the car is perfect now for what we like. The car had like a snap back coming out of corners with 50/50 on both rears so with a little help from one of the guys here we went to a tie down shock. We sent him a tape of what we were talking about and they watched it and told me what to get. I know alot of people change shocks at the track but with it just me all we change is tire set ups and air preasure.
