Try U B Machine, they supply many A-frames that fit the stock mounts. www.ubmachine.com

The different lengths are useful in attaining the desired camber settings. But if you buy different lengths than you need a pair for a spare, if you use same length on both sides your arms are interchangeable.

what i was thinking was buying one pair, and then building a jig from them, i dont care about running same length on both sides, the less shims the better,

the length effects camber gain. the shorter the arm the faster it will gain camber. the longer it is the slower it will gain camber. i think the long arms are better, because you dont have to run as much "STATIC" (initial setting) camber, and you put more tire on the race track. spindle height has alot to do with it too. as far as interchanging the arms from side to side, you canNOT do this with tubular uppers designed to go on the factory perches, because they are not strut type or straight a arms. they are offset. draw an imaginary line thru the center of the ball joint hole and the center of the shaft and you will see what i mean. also some of em are bent, and have a slight twist in em too. an example would be the ones that UB MACHINE, SPEEDWAY MOTORS, and SOUTHEAST SPEED sells.

On my Camaro I have a 8 3/4" on the right. And on the left I have a 9 1/4". That should be a good starting point.

I want to make sure I don't confuse myself or anyone else. The 8 3/4 and 9 1/4 are measurements from the center of the cross shaft to the center of the ball joint I believe??? Stock camaro mounts should be 7 3/4 from center of bolt hole to center of bolt hole. That is what I was referring to. The upper arms that sardeson sells will bolt right up to stock a arm mounts. They should be the same on each side so you interchange easier. I just wanted to make sure there was no confusion. Every one have a good christmas!!!!!
