Advantages disadvantages?? Also over frame rail headers like dislike??? on a metric car with set back engine and firewall.

Thanks guys,Dont have stock fire wall 17 but ya told me enough.So thinking of going with over the frame headers??

I am not sure of the head ache if I knew they were a head ache guess I wouldn't have posted???lol Woulda had my anwser??So help by elaborating??

personally i like crossover headers if you have the room in the firewall are things like sparkplugs, oil filters starters etc are easier to get to and you dont overheat everything plus you dond drag them off and beat em up with debris on the track

I love my crossover headers.Plugs and wires are cool.

if your rules allow you to cut out the original fire wall, i would use them, i loved the ones i had, they lasted for the 6 years i had them, they are out of the way and my feet never got hot eaither

yeah i forgot about the part of your feet not getting hot lol i had a set of chassis headers once that the floor would get so hot it would literally melt the heal on the shoe in a long race
