i need a ford 9 inch for my camaro but i cant run a floater. what cars had a 9 inch that will fit under a camaro.

A late 70's Lincoln Versailles. They came with disk brakes. That's what I have under mine.

how wide are the camaro rearends and how wide are these 9 inches that i need to look for?

We run a 60" , I THINK it came out of a early 70's ltd but not sure . I didn't take it out of the car and the fellas that did were not very clear on the car .

how much pinion angle do i need to put in it when i get this rearend and put it in.

That's about right , I would go a little less than I think I need and then weld it up , and make any changes with pinion shims . Once you are welded up , you will have to cut the pads off to decrease your angle , but to increase , just slide in the shims .
