i am running a new racing series next year that requires you to run a 2brl intake,can anyone tell me what would be the best intake to use and what the casting number is.curently i run a 4brl intake with an adapter to hold my holly 4412

The Mercruiser marine 2bbl intake would be 1st choice but is normally not allowed in classes like that. Next choice would be the GM 2bbl intake that has 313 as the last 3 digits of the casting #. I have at least one of those in stock if you need one.

thanx for your reply's but i went to one of the tracks on the circut last night that i will be running next year and they are talking they might be going to an aluminum intake rule next year possable victor jr but no decisions have been made yet so im in limbo till they decide to have a rules meeting

yeah same here...**** at our track they said all factory suspension in factory locations "except" for rear shocks you can relocate them...in the middle of the season they revise the rules back to stock locations only ... what the **** is that??

MD3.........If you cant find a marine intake.....look through some Eastern U.S. track's websites, classifieds, etc for a Canadian 2 barrel intake. That's what almost everyone runs out here in NY. Canada has (had) less restriction on the emissions and their intakes a very good source of power. We have always had very good luck with them. I bought my last one off of the Raceny.com website for $30. It's been a good one!

I can tell ya Barker100 races at Can-Am speedway and Evans Mills speedway mainly (he's my brother)

both tracks are in northern ny, about evans mills (now thunder alley) is about 1 hour north of syracuse, can am is another 20 min north of thunder alley. www.canamspeedway.com not sure on the other website try www.dirtmotorsports.com northeast branch and all the DIRT sanctioned tracks from the ne are on there
