I have access to both.My metric frame is shoved in on the r.r. right before the rear"clip"has been welded on to the (flimsy)frame rail about 4 to 5 inches. What would be your tool of choice both or portapower first or????Whats your thought only got 2 races left dont have time to get new car done need to fix this one and make it safe again.I plan on adding more triangleation(sp) to the cage after I get it back out. Thanks for the help.

I would go with the porta power, more control and more power. Dont know if you can pull it with the come along, we use a 10,000 lb winch to pull stuff like that. After you get it pulled out you might want to place a peice of angle or sq tubing along the frame than cross brace to the other side.

portapower is my choice of tools.I don't know how other racing teams can get thru the season w/o one.

A porta-power is a necessity and sometimes a comealong helps also....sometimes you need both and then some.

If you can't work em in close & git em in your face with their orange landing gear down, don't bother taking the safety off......
