i am a rookie right now running in hobby, and i wanted to move up a class next year. i am building a new car and had a few questions. when mounting tubluar upper control arms how do you know where to weld the mounts. when installing jack bolts, is it real important on the shock location..
and what kind of dist. package does everybody run. one more ... what is a good way to size shocks as far as rebound compression......... thanks for the help guys...................

Our rules wont let us move our mounting points for the tube a arms so I cant help there, As for the jack bolts, assuming you are running a junk chevy , the tube a arms have space for them to fit through already. On the shocks just call afco or blisten and give them your corner weights, overall weight and spring rates and they will give you a good starting point with shocks

Im going to be running the adjustable upper a-arms on my new car and I take to a fabricator in town who does it for a living, its the easiest for me, plus is faster letting him do it. Eddie
