I have to run Hoosier A-40 tires. 27.5X8 or 26.5X8. Those are my only two choices, so I can't play much with staggar. What air pressure would you suggest running in tires on a pure stock car 3500#

can you run bead locks? you will still get any where from 2 to 3 inches with these tires which i prefer only an inch anyway..

if you can run bead locks id say

12 l/f 16 r/f
8 l/r 10-12 r/r

but then again its up to track conditions driving style and personal preferance

Nope, no bead locks. Track rule is min of 15 pounds on right side. SO will prolly end up running 16 on rights, what should I run on left?

You can get quite a bit of stagger out of tires by filling one with 30-40 lbs of air pressure and letting it sit in the sun for a couple hours. I have got a much as 2" once you drop the pressure back down to race. As for air pressure with the A-40's we run. 12 l/f 12 l/r 14 r/r 16 r/f come feature time when the track is dry slick and smooth. HOpe that helps.

Also our car weights 3250-3300lbs depending on fuel and mud...
