were do i measure ride hieght on 80 camaro .front and rear

i go by hehind front tires on frame where the holes are, and on the rear end in front of the tires where the holes are..

dont know what you are looking for other than that but my heights are
lf-5 r/f-6
l/r-6 r/r-7

is that distance from frame to the ground ?or frame to bottom of a-arm?

i just checked some measurements and i do not think mine will adjust that low . i have 28.5 tires on the left and 29 on the right

Make sure you are measuring from the lowest part of the front and rear subframes. That would be the part under the stock floor pans of the camaro. You can get that low if you are allowed to run 9.5 racing springs(or cut stock springs) in the front and lowering blocks in the rear. Hope this helps.

i got the car near your numbers but i do not have more than 2 1/2 of travel remaining on right front and headers are close to the ground. any thoughts?

on my car i have long and short ball joints which help with clearance. but you can do it with stock to.. depending on what your track allows you to do..on my car i notched the frame where it would bottom out and dented it up some so i told them that it was in a wreck and couldnt straighten it. i can take pics but everytime i try to post one here it screws up..
