In the heats our track is usually tacky and my car handles great but come feature time the track is dry slick. Since our rules dont allow us to add weight what are you guys doing to tighten the car up other then tire pressure and stagger. Any help will be greatly appreciated I am hoping to get you guys some scale numbers to work with soon. I saw a hobby race down in Iowa last week and was amazed at how fast the cars are down there. The fastest cars around here wouldnt be able to keep up with the last place guys in your A feature. So I know I have alot of room for improvement.

Thanks

1000 lf 1250 rf
16# 25#

250 lr 225 rr
18# 25#

I race on a 1/3 mile medium banked clay track always dry slick in feature. I have a 22 gal cell that I top off for the feature. I can move the battery into the trunk but I would like to put it on scales first so I know which side to put it on.

Thanks

My cell is slightly off center to the left. I noticed that my rr was hot and the lr was warm. Ill try to move the battery to the lr but there isnt much room with the big cell.

Maybe Ill add some "thick" wall 1 3/4 bars around the battery box for protection. lol I really need to get this thing scaled I have a feeling my rear % is way low.

Thanks

My front springs are 12" and the rears are 13". I switched from 11" rears to the 13"s this made all the difference in the world for forward bite. You can put a solid piece of 1 3/4 in to tie the rear horns together and thats legal.
