Just checking, do yall have track favorites at your tracks? We have one at ours and no matter what, no call ever goes against him. I am not talking about calls that could be ifie, but calls that are blatenly obvious as well. Wont get into all the specifics, but wanted to check to see if this is happening at other tracks as well.

Before anyone says it, no I am not just whinning. I understand if you are the favorite, great for you. But for those of us that are not the track favorite, it pretty much ***** . Every driver in our class has complained about this. Well, every driver except one.

Whats going on at yalls track?

It happens around here too. Just a brief example, a driver who nearly laps the field every night got claimed one night. Rule is you just have to claim him within 10 minutes after the checker. So he got claimed, wouldnt sell and decided to set out, well the very next week the new rule was $250 to even say the word claim.....Also another driver drove the car since the original driver set out, still nearly lapped the field....

Nope, I race at Thunder Valley Speedway in LA. Where is HMP? But apparently you have one of those guys at your track too.

I agree with Redneck Racing, I have seen it at every track I have been too. I just want to know how I become that guy.

There's some tracks that don't have a claim rule and tech people/committees look at certain cars with really squinted eyes too.

It's the tracks game man, you have to play it their way. You have to be the ultimate sportsman, you have to do things for the track and the other racers. You have to be really nice all the time, you have to not whine, The fans have to like you, give things away to the kids after the races and stuff, you have to give more than you take, you have to run for many many years. You have to act like you don't need racing but racing needs you. You have to have bottomless pockets.... Get the idea yet?
