Im up to 1400\1600 front springs and still bottoming my lower a arm on the frame.

I see no other option but keep going up in spring # or raising the ride height??

But raising the ride height should give me more side to side roll and probably wont help??

handles fine except bottoms out

Ride height is at 6 inches now at the bottom of the front clip.

running on 81-82 inch tires

the lower a arm is level at this ride height

may look funny but my ride heights are
l/f 6 3/4 r/f 7 1/2
l/r 7 1/2 r/r 8.0

spring rates are

900 1100
200 175

50% cross
52% left
51% rear

car handles like a dream.. easiest car i ever sat in to drive..

Bigger tires won't change the suspension to frame clearance. You have two options. Raise the ride height, an inch on the chassis will give you something like 2 inches more wheel travel. Or you can notch the chassis. check your rules.

IS THE FRAME HITTING THE GROUND OR IS THE SUSPENSION HITTING THE FRAME. IF THE SUSPENSION IS HITTING THE FRAME MAKE SHORE YOU HAVE TAKEN OFF THE LOWER RUBBER SPACER. I LEFT ONE ON A REPLACEMENT LOWER ARM ONE TIME AND IT MADE IT NEAR UNDRIVABLE.

make sure that rubber spacers out, check your bushings,if you did not put new ones in you need to.soften your spring back up,and bring your ride heights up.

how tall is your combined height of spring and spacer in the RF? If your not tall enough your not giving the front susp enough room.

a arm is hitting the frame. if I notch it the shock will bottom, I could move it but it travels up 2 inches so that only leaves me a little cushion allready.

car has wt jacks etc. at the shock the travel is 4 inches. its mounted on the upper a arm just inside the upper ball joint.

I bought a 1750 spring, but am thinking raise the front ride height to 6.5 and leave the springs that are in there in there??

this should raise the roll center and make it roll less onto the rf.

IM RUNNING LEVEL ON FRONT NOW AT 6 INCHES RIDE HEIGHT, THE LOWERS ARE LEVEL AT THIS HEIGHT.

Be sure you are running the longer front spring for that car. A standard metric is way too short.

If your lowers are level...what are the uppers? Ball joint pivots above the frame mounts for the control arms will raise your roll center...so actually if you lower the frame heights you will be raising the roll center.

raising the ride ht raises the roll center..

more shock might be a possible solution also, Im running a bilst 60 60 now.

for this week i

raised the ride ht to 6.5 both sides, thats up 3\4 of an inch.

I also added more cross wt, theres about 90 lbs more on the rf now, which should load that spring some and make it work further down in the travel which is stiffer.

Ive also got a 1750 with me now but with a corner wt of just over 700 on the rf I cant imagine needing it.

stiffer RF shock compression
stiffer LR shock rebound
