Anyones thoughts on solid bushings on rear trailing arms and upper and lower front control arms?

Dont know about the trailing arms yet, ive always run Novas, as for the bushings in the control arms, ive always run them, the ones I use are the polyurathane ones I dont like the steel because you need to maintain them. Eddie

the solid steel are to hard to keep clean and smooth on paved track they would be great but not on a dusty dirt track use poly on the fronts and on the rears use them on the bottom and stock soft rubber on the topds acts like a buscit bar on a mod does
