I am building my first street stock and I have been looking at all of the cool pics of everyones cars, and was wondering do you just use bondo to fill them in to look smooth
if anyone has any ideas or suggestion it would be greatly appricated

Another thing you can do is jus put a small strip of sheet metal down the length of the door gaps. I promise you will not beable to see it from the stands and it is alot easier the doing the bondo deal.

Yea bondo is heavy and cracks off and looks worse when it gets hit. We only bondo are qauter panels because that is where we put are no. Believe it or not black is a great color for a dirt car. On a street car white is good dont show many dents but on the dirt black is the cleanest look with a few other coclors with it. Never shows tire donuts and always looks tuff.

we've bondo'd ours and yes it cracked. If you want it to look entirely smooth and hold up you have to weld it the length of the door and the grind it smooth.

Next year we will make our own doors and have them overlap. Then just pop rivet them on. It'll be smooth but not seemless.
