The stagger rule of thumb that i know of is, zero to no more than two inches of stagger on the front. We've always stayed with zero in the front. On the back of the car on a med. banked track 2 inches is good to start with. As for the air pressure, weight of the car and bead locks make a difference on what air pressure u can use.
