what do you guys do for your brake setups?? right now mine is all stock, including haveing the brake booster on it (no vacuum line of course), and to be honest, the brakes work like *&%$. feels like theres always air in them, but i've bout got the bleeders worn out. any suggestions??

Hamelton do u have to use the brake booster in your class ? If not take it off and just bolt the master cylynder back to the fire wall. We always did it that way and it should help with some hp.

no we do not have to run the booster. what do you use for a rod to push in the master cylinder when you do this?? take it out of the booster? i was thinking of doing that and my booster has a rod coming out of the backside through the firewall and hooks to the pedal, but the rod is attached to the booster, so if i remove it, theres nothing there. just trying to figure it out

heres also an idea take a piece of square tubing small enough to slide over the rod and just tack weld it so that your brake rod dont bend
This has happen many times to me and that what i have found to solve it
