I am moving up a class from Pure Stock to Street Stock. I am running an 81 Camaro. My baseline set-up will be LF 1000, RF 1150, LR 175 and RR 175. The car weight is 3200 lbs. The tire rule is as follows:

Steel racing wheels only. No wide 5 wheels 10" for safety purposes, oversized lug nuts are recommended. Maximum tire size is a 29.0. Maximum cross section width is sixteen and three quarters to tolerance.

I can't see what the other drivers are running because this is a drastic rule change over last year plus they completly rebuilt the track.
Any basic tire and wheel set up recommendations would be appreciated.

as far as the wheels i would run a 3 inch offset on the right and a four inch offset on the left and run a good quality wheel it will pay of in the long run as far as the tires look at the late model guys and run a tire one stage harder because of the weight of the car more weight more friction

just my thoughts
