new tire rule at track puts me on any racing tire. so far been sold on hoosier tires over the american racer but still cant really get a good answer from any one about which compound.track is like most starts out tacky and pretty dry slick at race time .owner never wets the track again once the heats start. car is camaro on 10 inch wheels. been told that the rc4 tire is a good all around tire, anybody in love with 1 certain tire id love to hear from you even if its another brand. thanks

the rc 4 is a rock/ on a 10 inch wheel the Hoosier dirtbozz 305/60/15 and the 285/60/15 come in soft and med compounds, they have the best fit on that rim without rolling over on the wheel. the soft compound is great for most conditions till dry slick and then the mediums come into their own. any where from 1 to 3 inches of stagger are attainable using these two sizes.

but with that type of a street stock tire do you think i would be at a disadvantage to a guy running those rc 3 0r 4s that is what i was wondering. i know when the season starts they will all buy those late model take offs from the guys there and they all run the softer tires like the 3s
