I am going to buy a new carburator and i was wondering if any body runs the 500cfm willies from speedway or the norton 500 from jr motorsports and what are the differences. the tech inspector put like four different gauges on the carb after the race i now for a fact that the norton passes i barrowed my friends and it passed tech. any info might make a choice a little easier.

The Willies and Norton (Dorton?) carbs are expensive. The Holley 4412 is $230 from Speedway, and if you have someone like Kinetic Performance "work" it for you, you probably will have much less in it. If you go this route just be sure that any mods you have done to it will pass tech (Kinetic knows what can be done). I have a firend that ran a Willies and he loved it, but once again they cost a whole bunch.

I would buy a good Core carb usually can pick one up for around 100 and send it to KP. He has some of the best pricing and from what i have heard does Awesome work.

Best times to call us are between 5pm and 8pm weekdays, and anytime (mostly) on weekends. I'm hardly near the phone during our "silly season" and it's REALLY getting "silly" here lately, so be patient, and leave a message on the machine and I'll do my best to get back to everyone.

Thanks guys!
KP
