yes i have been racing at a track for years with the same vac rules, but we have to run a hydro cam. i have one for sale its brand new comp cam and lifter kit. or u can buy a roller cam that will pull that vacum too but you will spend alot more money

im racing at memphis motorsports park, and hwy 64 speedway..

i emailed the cam craft guy but still havent heard any thing from them. if anyone is running a good torquer engine with a solid lift please check vacum and let me know what it pulls. that way i can take all the guess work out of it and not have 2 or 3 cams laying around with no use...

thanks and if i can be of any help ill do what i can..

can you run rollers? if so let me know what cubic inch motor your running so i can match it up to the different cams i have tryed different size motors run different cams to pull 15" of vacuum
also there are different things you can do to add vacuum

no rollers are not allowed. just basicly a 350 zero decked, running a scat kit with 6 inch rods, 2 valve releif pistons(light weight) a good set of opened up 461x heads and an eldelbrock 2v intake..

cant find my bullet card with specs on it for nothing. all i remeber about the cam specs is.

111 lobe seperation

I had to pull 16lbs @ 1,000 rpms and used a Camcraft cam. I ran a similar engine combo and always pulled my 16. I would just call Charles at Camcraft and see what he suggests. Part # for the last one I bought is 50--4238-9A5 SXTL and it was $191.00 and is a solid cam.
