Have a double disc clutch and am wondering how much benefit I will get by putting it in. It is in a grey area where I am going to run so I can get away with it. Can anyone tell me how much bite or torque or rpms or whatever I will gain by this in a Hobby Stock.

Reduced rotating mass equals better drivability and throttle reponse. It shouldn't be indecisive.

Not trying to split hairs, but its the off-season and we have nothing better to do.

The less horsepower you have, the more important reducing rotating weight would be, not less.

The smaller clutch is definetaly worth the work, no matter how many hundreds of ponies you have under the hood.
