What 9 in rearend do you run in a mid 70s chevelle I mean what width rear end and how much offset does this allow

I can tell you tomorrow, thats what is in my 71 Chevelle. I'll measure it to make sure what it is!

I'm not sure what the rear-end is out of, I think its a Lincoln....the housing from flange to flange is 60"..lr axle is 32"..rt axle is 29 1/2". It is mounted even in the chasis, no offset to either side. Hope this helps.
If anyone has this size axle, either side w/ 28 spline, 5x5 bolt pattern, I need extras.

Will the rearend in the speedway catalog thats supposed to fit the metric chassis fit the chevelle chassis also it says it 57 3/8 inches will this allow enough clearence between the tires and the frame rails

it should work since there is only a little bit of difference than mine, I have plenty of clearance. I usually run 2 off on the right & 4 off on the left. I'm not real sure if the metric set-up is the same or not as the Chevelle!
