What max and min track width should be run for a 3/8 mile dirt track. Curious about front and rear widths. Is a wide front track always better? Rear track should be about 2" narrowier or is that not always right? I guess on a fast high bank track where you are not getting off the gas very much, that you need the rear to be same width as front. The two tracks I run at have tight enough corners that you need to get off the gas and then back on, probably the norm for most tracks. Also, what changes in track width, if any, would you make if you wanted to run low groove instead of high groove? Just trying to educate myself more on chassis setup. Thanks, Donavon

I would be thinking you could use spacers or back spaced rims to make up the difference. Eddie
