What do your rules allow. If floor pan is not required behind the driver then that opens up to a fabricated mount. Some Channel riding on a kicker from your main cage or frame.
If you must retain the floor and stock mount, i would cut and rebuild the floor area there making allowances for the stock mount bracket to screw onto it.
I would be extra careful that the mount didn't accidently move down 1/2 inch, that would be terrible. Nope, don't let it be 1/2 inch lower, that would raise the left rear up a little.

If it is the "cup" you can rebuild that easily enough. If it is the frame and floor has rusted and torn away, you are in for a job. Best advice I can give is to fabricate some mounting points off the main cage. DO YOUR BEST work...I did some "get by" work that cast me a driveshaft, gear, bellhousing and tranny.
