Would anybody tell me what kind of spring rates they are running on a metric car or any advice the car is being run on a 1/3 mile semi-banked track on gumbo clay that usually dries out by feature time.

Ive found that i like about 150 lbs of left rear and about 3 inches of stagger in my nova it allows me to drive in the corner harder and works really good on the top im running a metric car next year and was just wondering the springs are preety much the same as what im running now

300-3100lb car ran 1000lf 1200rf 250lr 200rr proshock non adj on lf,lr and rr and afco easy up on rf stock sway bar no preload on links at ride height. caster and camber settings as well as lower ctrol arm angles are very important and rear ctrl arm angles make a difference also
