on the lf of my metric we can not get any more positive cam . shaft is all the way monted flush . IS THIS NORMAL or do we have something wrong we checked all the balljoints and the spindle is ok

you will have to cut the mount off and move it in order to get the desiredcamber that you seak hope this helps

is this somthing that you have heard of before and do they make or can i get alonger a arm off somthing else

I have not tried this yet but would it work to redrill the lower control arm mounting holes then weld a big washer on the frame to cover the old holes so if a tech got under there maybe he wouldn't question it ?

They also make cross shafts that are a little narrower so you can gain some by that.

We took a big grinder and grinded about 3/8 off the inside of the arm, easiest way to acheive your desired pos cam

An offset shaft can be picked up at most parts stores. I can't remember but I think mine was about $20.
They are called problem solver a-arm shaft's.

Yeah, those are used on vehicles that were wrecked to get the alignment back right. Thats another option.

hey just took and made the arm longer and it fixed all the problems thanks for your replys

dont forget to check your ride heights. if the car is setting level you wont have as much positive camber on the lf as you would if the right side was 1 inch higher.
