Follow me now. All 4 wheel were 3". Car was tight in and loose off. Found the RF bottoming and fixed that by raising the right height 1". Then I changed the RF wheel to 2", LR to 4", and RR to 2". The car seemed to be controlably loose, but sloppy. Changed the LR back to 3" and yes too tight.
Is the the sloppy feel from the RF being 2" and LF 3" ? I liked the controled loose other than it was a SLOPPY feel.

Moving the front wheels to the right and/or the rear wheels to the left will tighten the car. The opposite is true. By moving both to the right you moved the roll centers to the right which is what gave you the sloppy feel. If the car is loose leave the front to the right and pull the rears left.

monteregal7,if the car was tight in & loose off put the 3" on the right & the 4" on the left. Then add so crossweight & try the car it should loosen in & tighten off.It will help a lot if you post your wheel weights & total weight. Also list the springs. cd2

Sorry, I corrected the first post. I meant the LR was 4" not the LF. Springs are 1200 LF, 1100 RF, 200 LR, 250 RR. Thought about changing the rear springs to help the controlably loose offset try.
I found out there is more to offsets than just tight or loose. There seems to be dynamic changes too.
With 3" on both Lefts
and 2" on both Rights.
It is tighter mid and sloppy.
With 2" on both Rights
and 4" LR and 2" RR it is
controlably loose but sloppy.

I would swap both the front and back springs. Heavier spring on the right front and heavier spring on the left rear.

I agree I think your springs being reversed is causing your problem and swaping them will alow the offdet changes to react correctly.

yes swap both frt and rear springs so stiffer is on right side and may even run a 1000 lf i like to run 200 lb split in front and 50 or more split in rear depending on track conditions. also i run 2"backspace on both right sides and lr and a 3"backspace on lf.note: ran a 3 on lr for a while but seemed tight in loose off moving lr out helped significantly
hope this helps

It is how you move the wheel in relation to the hub. The center of the rim is mounted at different depths. A 2" offset has the center of the rim further back in the wheel and a 4" is closer to the outside. The 2" will move the wheel out farther and the 4" will pull it in. Best I can describe it.

Mine was tight in and kinda loose off,all i did was take a 1/2" spacer off the right front and put it in the left rear, fixed everything.

Ok, I now have 3" on both lefts and 2" on both rights. Loosened the original setup.
Now its faster, neutral in and loose off on WET
Dry slick a little tight all the way. Thinking about changing the LR from 3" to 4" to loosen it for dry slick.
