Here's what i've got now..1400 rf 1000 lf, fairly stiff lf shock(tie down)med rf shock 250 lr 200 rr,corner weights 829 lf 809 rf 700 lr 608 rr,i've actually added some rear weight to this car(150 lbs)so the rear weight is better than these #'s show, the car turns good thru the middle and comes off good, most cars at this track have a push going in,the right front is fairly stiff because this car has the front roll center changed that makes it roll over more than a regular metric type front end.i'm leaning towards a stiffer left front and/or more weight there...thanks

I would say if you have to run a rf that high you should decrease the split. I have always run 200# split.

Are you on the brakes when it pushes?

i know where powerglides is going. try adding some rear brake bias to it. set it with the brakes and if you're already good in the middle and coming off, you'll be the man!

rico08,how about posting the new wheel weights & the offset on the wheels. When you added the 150# you are the only on that knows where the weight is at. cd2

rico08,as it is now, i would add crossweight until the car loosened on entry or move the R.R. out but this would loosen all the way around.Just try the C.W. cd2

rico08,just to make it easy & quick on you put a smaller tire on the L.F. at least 2"smaller & see if the car turns in free enough. cd2

les rf rate more like 1300 or even 120 depending on your driving style or more front stagger, less rebound on left rear but i would stasrt with a bit softer spring but i run stock suspenion . but i do know that sofe=ter fronts or softer rf will help car turn in as will more front stagger but with too stiff a rf spring more front stagger will raise your cross too much just my opinion hope it helps

thanks for the input,i think i'll try more front stagger, but i think the only way i can get it is to use a street tire on the left front these american racers just don't vary that much in size.

hey rico this may sound funny but check your brake pads. I had a problem on my car where the rear brake pads were just flat worn out so it acted like it had 90% front brake and pushed bad getting in. put brake pads in and ran like a dream the next week.
