i have a question on stock type 4 link on a metric car. is 5^ down angle from the housing about right for the top links. or should i go with closer to 7-8^ to get more forward bite. also what is a good pinion angle on these cars its my first coil car.

I see from the number of posts, that your semi new here. When I started posting, I was impatient as to respones also. Take some time and do a search, there's a link at under the Post New Topic link. Search for "4 link" "metric bite" stuff like that. 99% of the time, someone has asked and been answered, the same question on here. That's how I've found most of my info.

Even with all that info, you'll find conflicting opinions. So, it's better to read all of them and form your own with practice.

5 is fine the upward angle on the lowers is more important, no less thn 10 on these.Chassis that i build have the upper mounts as close to the housing as possible, this lowers the rear roll center giving you better rr sidebite.7-9 on pinion angle.PM me on how to use your drive shaft as a lift bar.
