Can anyone tell me the part#'s ,and where to get them etc. for the taller ball joints to run on my metric. I cant seem to find em.
Also do you use em on the lower AND upper or just the lower?

I bought the just the lowers. Haven't installed them yet, been too busy keeping it together to improve much. They were like $15 ea. from Afco. www.afcoracing.com

I think you need the sleeves for the lowers (I bought them just in case) and you need to ream the spindle for the larger ball joint. The reamer is 2" per foot and can be had from Snap On for $40.

i wasn't aware that snap-on sold a 2" of taper per foot reamer. how bout posting the part number on this tool. 40.00 is less than half of what they normally cost from fast lane, speedway, etc. thanks, neil by the way, the 20038-1 lower ball joint can be used without the sleeve. you have a sloopy fit slightly, but you can move the left front in, and move the right front out slightly, to build in some static camber. your gonna have to weld em anyway.

buy the sleeves, weld them in and put a big tack weld on the ball joint. It's easier to grind out a tack than burn, cut, and chop out a ball joint. shop around I've found them for less than $5.

i heard that a lower of of an 82 chevy half ton works, is there any truth to this?

Yep Lower 1/2 2wd ball joints are the same

R121 is the SnapOn PN. $41.95 on their website.
