More cross.
Lighter rear springs.
Bilstein AK3030R rear shocks.

Those 3 things worked for me to get more temp in the left rear. Do you have actual temps or just feel? Mine are usually about 150-155 lr and 175-180 rr with Hooser 27.5x8 RC4s. On a really slick night they'll be 160-170 lr and up to 200 rr.

From what I've read, a cold lr means more cross is needed.

We're just going by feel.

Way too much tire stagger in rear.

Ya, maybe try swapping the right side tires. maybe 225's on both rears is what you need (just a SWAG with info given).

If you have a sway bar, increasing the spacer length on the right side or pulling it down tighter on the left side will increase cross. A heavier bar with the same end links will also add cross when the bar is under load.
